hello,

i had to look up "daemon", which in turn spurred me to click on your blog link.

andreas first post seems most relevant in that a person does not behave assertively then where does their tension go? they are either doormats or explosions. or as he points out spewing their frustrations out in the wrong place.

excuse me for being simple, but you have paid for a service - in addition from saying the words "this must me done" and realizing the world won't fall apart, is there no action oriented remedy? (don't pay for service not received, or something like?)

i find assertiveness has an inverse relationship to what you call internet daemonic behavior. the less i fear asserting myself in person the more i am horrified by anonymous bloggers doing things they would never do face to pace.

Ahh, to be without homework. Always a good-sounding idea, but when put into this context, it's easy to see how bureaucratic and pseudo-psychological failures occur.
